Cost:  $225.00 per person

This retreat is specifically tailored for people who have a basic understanding of NVC principles, and who would like the living of NVC to be like a second skin - natural and comforting.  The focus is to relax into our NVC consciousness while naturally deepening to the next level.  Each person will choose a troubling situation to work with throughout our time together.  We will work together to experience that situation through the following processes:

  • Living in the Observation - Experiencing our world without judgment
  • Self-Empathy - Connecting to our needs to gain clarity
  • Enemy Images - Neutralizing our triggers to live fully in choice
  • Mourning - Releasing our expectations and preferred strategies
  • Requests - Taking steps to make our life more wonderful!
