Our Vision and Mission

The Flagstaff Center for Compassionate Communication envisions a world where everyone’s needs are met peacefully. Our mission is to facilitate the creation of life-serving systems within ourselves, our relationships, organizations, and social structures. We do this by living and teaching the process of Nonviolent Communication^SM which strengthens the ability of people to connect compassionately with themselves and others, share resources, and resolve conflicts.

The Flagstaff Center for Compassionate Communication is an affiliate of the The Center for Nonviolent Communication, a global peacemaking organization based in New Mexico.
